Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our production schedule, we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double-check your order before checking out. However, if you have any questions or concerns about an order, please email your order number to hello@themelanatedbar.com.

Damages and Issues

If you received a damaged product or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to hello@themelanatedbar.com, including 3 clear pictures of the damaged item(s), the packing slip, and your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2-day window cannot be acknowledged.

Shipping Policy

The Melanated Bar's current processing time is 7-10 business days. However, we work hard to ship orders ahead of the processing time.

Shipping will occur via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking will be provided when your order ships and sent to the email address input at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before you checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds will be given.

Returned to Sender

For any orders returned to The Melanated Bar due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will pay additional shipping charges; NO REFUNDS. Please take your time at the checkout to ensure all information is correct.
